Email confirmation
When you place your order (which happens after you click the 'complete order and send' button), you will be sent an email confirmation of your order and details.

It is the aim of Chandos to process and despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt. 99% of our orders are picked and packed and ready to be posted by 5.00pm the same day but there is always that 1% that we cannot send either through a shortage of stock, a computer problem or due to high levels of orders. And of course, although we may despatch quickly, there is also the possibility that your packet gets delayed in the post.
We would like to be able to state "next day delivery" because the majority of our orders do reach our customers the next day. However, we would then have the problem of customers relying on that, and disappointment if one of the above problems occurred.
