Reviews
Wonderful playing from The Ambache, a London-based ensemble of variable size: You can sense the players enjoyment of Respighis rich textures, and technically they are completely reliable. The recorded sound is first-rate. This one is a very definite winner, and I recommend it highly.
Fanfare

The Strad on CHAN 9972
‘This is, quite simply, a lovely disc … the performances, by the British chamber group The Ambache … are effortlessly idiomatic …’
Fanfare on CHAN 9972
''and this disc from The Ambache should bring three of them a well-deserved wider currency.'
